BAO & Friends at Dover Street Market | Year of the Dragon

Celebrating lunar new year, we were invited to bring Erchen Chang's illustrations to life at the BAO & friends kiosk at Dover Street Market, London. Marking the year of the dragon through their various collaborations with some of their favourite designers, including pieces designed with Simone Rocha, SHUSHU/TONG, Carhartt and DEATHMASK. 

The design sees the iconic lonely man all tired out from the lunar new year festivities, resting on his full belly exposing his bare bum and magnificent dragon back piece. 

This piece is the second in our relationship with BAO. The first being a fluffy salted egg custard BAO to celebrate 2023 lunar new year of the rabbit and the launch of their BAOverse app.
